Literacy
This week For Word Work the whole class had to do word of the week the word was Miscellaneous and what we had to do is make as many words as we can out of the one word Miscellaneous So here it is 


Maths

Kia Ora My blogging buddies family and world I have had a great week of learning and fun... On thursday We had a really cool day well some of us did for production yes I have been doing Production and yesterday  we had our first Show in front of lots and lots of people. Here is a poem

Reflection Wk9 2017 T1

This week for my follow up from reading is to research some Maori words and tell the teachers what they mean this was a little bit hard but it was really fun. WALT: to use the Maori dictionary and find out the meaning of all the words that got set. 1 more thing Kai means food Here it is. NSL To make sure I do Kai right

Typing Reflection
This week for typing I have been playing monkey climber 2 it is a game when you have to type letters to get higher but if you type the wrong letter you will have to start again. Trust me I hate it when it happens. here it is.

Math's Reflection 

I have been doing a quiz it was hard but I did it with Trent and we got 10 out of 10! it was so cool all that maths work paid off. Here is what we did. We went to a site that the teacher gave us then we got a buddy (Trent was mine) after that we did the quiz and finally we put our results in a google drawing. Here it is. NSL (Next step learning) to try and get to the highest level in the game. NSL To get a harder quiz and get all the questions right.

Literacy
WALT: To Argument about the topics we have chosen. This week for Literacy I have been doing a Argument with my buddy Kristian and it was on our book Holes Here is what we did. First we got into a group then we made our title page and then we just started the argument. Here is the finished product

Maths
This week for math's I have been doing some math's buddy and I decided to put lots of the math's buddy together and make a google drawing. Here is what I did. First I worked on math's buddy Second I made a drawing and third I took screenshots of math's buddy and finally I put it all on a drawing. Here it is.


Chapter chat
This week for Chapter chat I have been making a medicine to cure something So I thought I would make a weird one I chose to do this because it was fun. This cures Colds, Vomit And mostly anything else here it is.

This week for maths I have been doing some math's buddy and if you don't know what math's buddy is it is a site that you can do maths and other stuff. My goal for next time is to try earn a gold medal.

End of year reflection 2016

What im proud of
I am proud of joining PALS and playing with little kids. If you don't know what PALS is well it's something when a group of 4/3 get together and they think of a game and then they play it with little kids.
I an proud of this because it has taught me what little kids like to play.

I hope to see you 2017 and those who are moving from Mamaku to Totara I wish you good luck

This week for word work I have been doing a letter to Bat Man. Here is what I did. First we had to copy our spelling words into our spelling words sheet. Then we had to choose a super hero I chose Bat Man. After that we had to write a letter to the super her Bat Man. Here is my finished work.

This week for writing I have been doing a compare and contrast about Myths and Legends. Here is what I did. First I made the text boxes smaller and then inserted 2 more so I can write and example. After I did the text boxes I changed the font size to 18. Once I had changed the font size I Started filling in what myths and legends are. Then after I had done that I filled in some examples of Myths and legends. WALT: To use my Knowledge about Myths and Legends and put it into a google drawing. Here is my work.

Math's reflection Wk3 T4

This week for maths we have been doing position and orientation. My buddies for this were Ella & Kaede. This week we finished our position and orientation so this is what I did.  First we got our buddies then we made a slide. After we made a slide we made a compass with 16 points. The compass was very hard because I didn't know the 16 points. I think that we have done great. Here is my one.

Writing T4 W2

This week for writing we did explanations on a special place for our family. I think I have done great at this. Next time I need to make it with lots of punctuation. So here is what I did. First we had to think of a place, mine was Greymouth because I have lived here for my whole life. Then we had to write about it and here is some of mine.

My family love Greymouth because me and my brother were born here and my mum and dad loved that so much that’s why they think it is a special place. My grandma and granddad live here and also my other grandpa died here so this  why Greymouth is special to me and my family.

This is how it works

You try to find some food and water then you find a safe place to live not by the water (You shouldn't go live very close to the water because it will crash into your hut and then you will have no place to live) then you make the hut in the safe place and you see it turns night you have some food and water and then you go to bed on your floor
